She also developed research on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and privacy rights. A licensed attorney, Sarah was an associate for law firm White & Case’s arbitration department, where she worked on multi-million dollar international disputes. Sarah currently serves as a Board Member of Middle Project, a non-profit dedicated to preparing ethical leaders for a just society. Kindred CEO Ian Schafer said, “we couldn’t be more excited about the addition of Sarah Green-Vieux to our team. Sarah’s career, including the work she’s been responsible for at JUST Capital, has uniquely prepared her for an understanding of how business decisions impact societies and communities, the data and information needed to inform those decisions, and what can be done to make them even more impactful. As we grow, it’s critical that we hold ourselves accountable for the achievement of our mission, the progress of our members and their companies, and the example we set for other organizations. A truly empathetic leader, Sarah’s expertise and wisdom will enable us to be a better resource to our members, a better place to work for our team, and an example for others to follow.”

“I am very excited to be joining Kindred at this stage of its growth”, added Sarah Green-Vieux. “Business leaders have a vital role to play in ensuring we create a more equitable society. I am eager to support our members as they usher their organizations towards creating value for all, and to help them become better members of their communities, creating more inclusive products, and building equitable workplaces. I am even more energized to be joining a team that is deeply committed to solving major societal issues. I hope to serve our team well and foster an environment where everyone can bring their whole and best selves as they revolutionize how business is conducted.”
